Q: What is your dress code?
A: The girls always look fine so the boys need to shine, and if you wear it to the gym you ain't getting in - no effort no entry!
Q: Will I get asked for ID?
A: Yes we'll ask for ID from anyone that appears to be under 25 years old. If you get asked for Identification please do not be offended as our staff are just doing their jobs (plus consider it a compliment).
Q: What ID do you accept?
A: We accept either a valid photo card driving licence, a valid passport or identification card with the PASS hologram on it. More information on PASS can be found by visiting the PASS British Retail Consortium (BRC) website

Q: How do I become a VIP member?

A: yes we have a cash machine located by C:21 front doors.
Q: Do you have a cloakroom?
A: yes we have a free cloakroom available on entry in C:21
Q: Do you have a smoking area?
A: Yes we have a central courtyard area for you to smoke.
Q: What do I do if I have lost something in C:21?
A: Please call 01743 355055 and talk to a duty manager who will be able to give you information on lost property.
Q: What type of music do you play?
A: in C:21 its charts hits and blasts from the past - including the 70's and 80's - it's the ultimate party venue or if you want to get down and dirty with more funky r'n'b and dance anthems or enjoy the our resident pianists in Spirit Champagne Bar on a Friday and Saturday night.
