Yes on Tuesday 8th February 2011 - C:21 Bar and Nightclub was awarded the coveted OVERALL GOLD AWARD - BEST VENUE in SHROPSHIRE, as well as Best Nightclub in Shropshire by the Shropshire Best Bar None Awards - a joint collaboration with West Mercia Police, Safer Pub & Shop Watch Partnership, and Shropshire Council - a scheme which is also backed by the Home Office.
The awards were set up to acknowledge those venues that promote socially responsible drinking together with responsible licensed trade management. Venues also needed to demonstrate their commitment to caring for, and protecting customers, together with reducing the potential for disorder in the area.
Obviously we are proud that our entire team's efforts have been rewarded with this coveted OVERALL GOLD AWARD - the only venue in Shropshire to be acknowledged in this way.
